Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Rabell, we are committed to offering premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Most items are eligible for return within a 10-day return window unless marked as “Non-Returnable”.



Return Window

You can request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery.



Refund Method & Processing Time


• For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be issued within 2 business days.



Eligible Reasons for Return

You may return a product if it is:
• Physically damaged
• Missing parts or accessories
• Defective or not functioning properly
• Different from the description or wrong item delivered



Return Conditions

A return will be accepted only if:
• The product was not damaged while in your possession
• The product returned is the same item that was delivered
• The product is returned in its original condition with the brand box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card and all accessories



Non-Returnable Items

Products marked “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In those cases, Rabell will offer a full refund or a replacement after verification.



Replacement Policy

Replacement will be provided only if the exact same item is available in stock.
If the replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.



How to Initiate a Return


1. Contact us at contact@rabell.com or through the order section in your account.
2. Share your order number, photos of the issue (in case of damage/defect), and the reason for return.
3. Our team will review your request and provide return approval.
4. We will arrange a pickup from your location or share the return shipping instructions.
5. Once the product reaches us, we will inspect it and process your refund or replacement.



Misuse of Return Policy

Rabell may warn, suspend, or block customers who misuse returns through:
• Excessive return requests
• Repeated cancellations
• Refusal to accept delivered orders
