Rabell – Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1 business day.
• Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next working day.
• During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified in such cases.



2. Estimated Delivery Time

Your order will be delivered within:

📦 4–7 business days (Standard Delivery)

Delivery timelines may vary due to:
• Natural calamities
• Weather conditions
• Remote location deliveries
• Logistics partner delays



3. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during special promotions.
• Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.



4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:
• You will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number.
• You can track your parcel using the tracking link provided.



5. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.
For any region not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.



6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

In case of:
• Excessive delay
• Lost parcel
• Tracking not updating

Please contact us immediately and we will coordinate with the logistics team to resolve the issue.



7. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Customer unavailability

We may:
• Reship the order (additional charges may apply), or
• Issue a refund (after deducting shipping costs)



8. Delivery Confirmation

Once marked delivered by the logistics partner, Rabell is not responsible for:
• Theft
• Loss after delivery
• Delivery to security guards/neighbours at the customer’s request

However, we will assist you in raising a ticket with the courier partner.
